Revenue Share · Remote · Indie Game Studio
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to help Difficült Studios build a stronger online presence, grow our player community, and promote our current and upcoming games.
This role is ideal for someone who understands indie games, horror/survival audiences, short-form content, community growth, and consistent brand communication.
This is a revenue-share opportunity, not a fixed-salary position. We are looking for someone who believes in the studio, understands the risks of early-stage indie development, and wants to help grow Difficült Studios long-term.

Planning and managing social media content.
Creating posting schedules for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and LinkedIn.
Writing captions, posts, update announcements, and community messages.
Helping promote our current and future projects.
Finding content angles from gameplay, devblogs, updates, trailers, bugs, memes, and behind-the-scenes material.
Growing the Difficült Studios community.
Helping with launch campaigns, update campaigns, and beta-test announcements.
Tracking what works and improving the strategy over time.
Reaching out to small creators, streamers, YouTubers, and press when needed.
We are looking for someone who
Understands indie game communities.
Can write clear and engaging English.
Knows how short-form content works.
Can turn small development updates into interesting posts.
Is comfortable with horror, survival, and atmospheric game themes.
Can work independently without needing constant instructions.
Is reliable, communicative, and consistent.
Is interested in growing with a small indie studio.
Nice to have
Experience managing game-related social accounts.
Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and LinkedIn.
Basic video editing skills.
Basic image editing skills.
Experience contacting creators, streamers, YouTubers, or press.
Interest in horror, zombie, survival, or experimental indie games.
Turkish or other language skills.
Compensation
This is a revenue-share position.
Instead of a fixed salary, compensation will come from an agreed percentage of eligible revenue generated by Difficült Studios projects. The exact percentage, scope, payout rules, reporting process, and duration will be discussed before joining and written into an agreement.
We want this to be transparent from the beginning: this role is best suited for someone who is comfortable with startup-style risk and wants to help grow the studio long-term.
Why join us?
You will be joining a small indie studio at an early stage, where your work can directly shape the studio’s public presence and growth.
This is not a role where you are posting generic corporate content. You will help define how Difficült Studios communicates with players, builds community, promotes updates, and prepares future releases.
If our games grow, your contribution grows with them.
